| Making a purchase |

To make a purchase simply select the Shop section, then select either the Girls or Boys department and click on any items you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on Order and you will be asked for a few details to process your order. You will then be transferred to the Paypal website where you can make a payment via your Paypal account or credit/debit card. |

All payments are redirected to the Paypal website where payment can be made securely by Credit/Debit Card or by Paypal account. |
| Postage & Packaging |
|
A postage & packaging charge of £2.95 will be added to the order value on completion of your order for deliveries within the UK. For deliveries outside of the UK, an additional fee will be added and confirmed with you before dispatch. All orders are sent by recorded delivery. |
| Delivery Schedule |
|
Delivery is normally processed within 3 working days, however please allow at least 7-14 days for delivery. |
| Back Orders |
|
Items not available at the time of dispatch will be placed on Back Order and sent out as soon as possible. You will be contacted by email with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
| Return of Goods |
| Faulty, Damaged Goods or Incorrect Item |
|
If any of your items are found to be faulty or incorrect on arrival, you have 14 days to inform us of the fault and return them for inspection. Once verified, you may choose to request a replacement or refund via your original payment method. |
| Change of Mind | ||
|
If you have simply changed your mind and wish to return you items, you have 30 days from the date of invoice to do so. The packaging must be unopened, the item unused and must be as new when returned. We cannot accept the return of: Items returned after 30 days from the date of invoice. Items not in Original condition Incorrectly washed garments (always follow fabric care label instructions) In the interests of hygiene, Opened tights packets.
